Fair Play & Match Rules
খেলা অ্যারেনার সকল ১v১ ম্যাচের অফিসিয়াল নিয়মাবলী এবং প্রুফ নির্দেশিকা। খেলার পূর্বে অবশ্যই পড়ে নিন।
1. 18+ Age & Account Eligibility (বয়স ও অ্যাকাউন্ট যোগ্যতা)
• All participants must be at least 18 years old to participate in paid tournaments in accordance with local regulations.
• One Account Per Player: Multi-accounting or device fingerprint spoofing is strictly prohibited and results in immediate wallet freezes and permanent bans.
• খেলা অ্যারেনায় খেলতে হলে ব্যবহারকারীকে অবশ্যই ১৮ বা তদূর্ধ্ব বয়সী হতে হবে। একজন ব্যক্তি কেবল একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন।
2. Room Setup & In-Game IDs (রুম সেটআপ ও ইন-গেম আইডি)
• After both players join and fees are secured in escrow, the Room ID and Password are revealed simultaneously to both opponents.
• Players have 15 minutes from room reveal to connect in-game and kick off.
• You must play with the verified In-Game ID registered on your profile. Using an unlisted alternate account may result in match forfeiture.
• রুম আইডি পাওয়ার পর ১৫ মিনিটের মধ্যে গেমে প্রবেশ করতে হবে। প্রোফাইলে দেওয়া ইন-গেম আইডি দিয়েই গেম খেলতে হবে।
3. Proof Submission Guidelines (ফলাফল ও প্রুফ স্ক্রিনশট)
• Final Score Screen Required: Both players must take a clear, uncropped screenshot of the full final score screen showing player usernames and goals.
• Proofs must be submitted within 30 minutes of match completion.
• Edited, photoshopped, or blurry screenshots will be rejected and may result in an immediate dispute resolution against the submitting party.
• খেলার শেষে স্পষ্ট ফুল-স্ক্রিন রেজাল্ট স্ক্রিনশট দিতে হবে যাতে উভয় খেলোয়াড়ের নাম ও স্কোর পরিষ্কার দেখা যায়। এডিট করা ছবি নিষিদ্ধ।
4. Disconnections & Lag (ডিসকানেকশন ও নেটওয়ার্ক সমস্যা)
• Early Disconnect (first 5 mins, 0-0): Both players should agree to remake the room and replay the match.
• Rage Quitting: Leaving the game deliberately when losing constitutes an automatic defeat. The opponent will be awarded the win upon submitting video/screenshot evidence of the opponent disconnect message.
• উদ্দেশ্যপ্রণোদিতভাবে ম্যাচ ছেড়ে দেওয়া (Rage Quit) হলে অপোনেন্টকে বিজয়ী ঘোষণা করা হবে।
5. Dispute Escalation & Referee Review (ডিসপুট ও অ্যাডমিন সিদ্ধান্ত)
• If both players claim a win, the match enters Disputed status and is locked in escrow.
• Platform Referees inspect original screenshots, match chat logs, and game server logs.
• The Referee decision is final. Submitting fraudulent evidence results in loss of entry fee, account suspension, and a permanent fraud record.
• রেজাল্ট গরমিল হলে অ্যাডমিন উভয় পক্ষের প্রমাণপত্র যাচাই করে চূড়ান্ত রায় দেবেন। মিথ্যা তথ্য দিলে অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করা হবে।
6. Platform Commission & Prize Payouts (কমিশন ও প্রাইজমানি)
• Winner receives the combined prize pool minus the platform commission (default 10%).
• Prize funds are credited to the winner's available wallet immediately upon match agreement or admin approval.
• In the event of a mutual cancellation or unresolvable technical fault, 100% of the entry fees are refunded back to both players.
