Paid esports competitions involving skill are governed by respective regional esports guidelines. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws in Bangladesh regarding online skill competitions and digital wallet transactions.

• One-Time Account Binding: To prevent account hijacking and unauthorized withdrawals, your personal payout mobile wallet (bKash/Nagad/Rocket) can only be configured once. Subsequent changes require an admin review and identity verification.

• Withdrawal Password (PIN): All withdrawal requests require your confidential 6-digit withdrawal password. Five (5) consecutive failed attempts will trigger an automatic 30-minute security lockout.

• Reset Cooldown: When an admin resets your withdrawal PIN upon request, withdrawals are automatically frozen for 24 hours to safeguard your balance.

• Hardware fingerprinting and hashed IP telemetry are utilized to safeguard tournament integrity.

• Creating multiple accounts, exploiting bugs, colluding with opponents (win-trading), or submitting fabricated score proofs will result in forfeiture of escrowed balances and immediate permanent termination of all linked accounts.

• All currency transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

• Deposits are credited following admin verification of the mobile payment Transaction ID (TrxID).

• Entry fees for active matches are placed into secure atomic escrow. Upon verified match completion, the winner receives the pot minus the platform fee.
